2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. D'andris LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, or for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

5. All Sales Final — No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our collections and limited production quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, sizing guides, and fit details before placing an order. If you have questions about sizing, materials, or styling, please contact us before purchasing at support@dandrisllc.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dandrisllc.com with your order number and photos of the item. Requests submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible at support@dandrisllc.com and we will do our best to assist before the order is processed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of D'andris LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D'andris LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
